To guarantee food freshness, all of the following menus are based upon a serving time of two (2) hours.

To guarantee food freshness, all of the following menus are based upon a serving time of two (2) hours.

All menus include foam plates, plastic wares, and paper napkins.

Also all condiments such as catsup, mustard, tomatoes, onions, etc.

All menus are priced per person.

All menus are subject to a 16% service charge and a 6% sales tax. *

(* This would make an "$10.95 per person menu", an "out the door" price of $13.35 per person.)

Any party fewer than 100 people, we will need to add a service charge of $100.00 for "on-site grilling".

For any event under 50 people, add $2.50 per person.

There is a 50 person minimum on weekends during June.
